Tonight I was a little apprehensive about walking outside by myself or even with Ries because we found out that there have been a string of burglaries in our neighborhood and another neighborhood nearby. So, I passed on the walk and tried my hand at yoga. Yikes! If anyone ever tells you that yoga is easy, think again! That is one tough workout. I was so happy when it was over! Lucy decided to join me tonight, so I will leave you with a picture of Lucy doing the downward-facing dog:

Yoga IS tough! But I enjoy doing it. I also really like Pilates. I’ve never tried working out with Isabelle around. I’m not sure that I’d get much done, but I’ll have to give it a try sometime. Did you do yoga with a DVD?
Yes, I am using Karen Voight’s DVD. She’s pretty tough!
You are already beautiful, girl! I feel your commitment and have been busting my bottom workin out hard 5 to 6 days a week now for about 2 months . It is finally showing but slow and steady. I’m lifting, elliptical, treadmill & yes, running a little! I feel fabulous! So, here is to all of us beautiful women! Let’s get healthier!!
